Our mission

Give every company, whatever its size, the operating discipline that large enterprises spend years building: one source of truth for people and money, and access that is granted on purpose, for a reason and for a limited time.

We do that with two product families. Thoshika is business software: HR and payroll, accounting, sales, projects, procurement, inventory, manufacturing and more, with payroll and tax rules for India and the United States built in. Ciyora Fabric is security: identity governance, privileged access, zero-trust network access, detection and response, cloud posture and compliance on one platform.

What the name means

ZPOA stands for Zero Privilege, Organized Access. Zero privilege means nobody holds standing access by default. Organized access means the access that does exist is visible, owned and reviewable. It is a security principle, but it is just as true of a well-run finance team or HR department.

How we work

• One platform, many apps. Every Thoshika app shares one directory, one sign-in and one role model, so adding an app never means adding another island of data.
• Compliance in the product. Statutory rules such as PF, ESI, TDS and GST in India, and federal and state payroll taxes in the United States, live in versioned rate tables and engines, not in spreadsheets around the product.
• Security as a product, not a promise. The controls we sell in Ciyora Fabric (least privilege, audit, isolation) are the controls we apply to ourselves.
• Plain language. Screens, documents and contracts are written to be understood the first time.
