These terms govern your use of the websites operated by Zpoa Inc ("ZPOA", "we", "us"), including zpoa.com, thoshika.com and ciyora.com (the "sites"). Use of our products (Thoshika and Ciyora Fabric) is governed by the subscription agreement or order form you sign with us, which takes precedence over these terms for the products.

Using the sites​

You may browse the sites and use their content for your own information and to evaluate our products. You must not:

  • copy, resell or republish site content except as allowed by law or with our written permission;
  • attempt to break, probe or overload the sites, except under our responsible disclosure process on the Trust page;
  • use the sites to send unlawful, harmful or misleading material, or to impersonate anyone.

Information on the sites​

We aim to keep product descriptions, documentation and prices accurate, but they may change and are provided for general information. Prices shown exclude taxes unless stated. A binding offer exists only in a signed order form or a confirmed online order.

ZPOA, Thoshika, Ciyora, Ciyora Fabric, their logos and the site content are owned by ZPOA or its licensors. Nothing on the sites grants you a licence to use our names or marks.

The sites may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

The sites are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties about the sites, and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of them. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without affecting any mandatory rights you have where you live.
